We will be: Fire lighting, Cooking snacks on the fire: pancakes with foraged blackberry compote, popcorn, s’mores, den building, Art& crafts, using tools; chopping woods, Lots of child- led play opportunities: tree climbing, mini beast hunts, den building, playing in the mud kitchen, digging in th …moree mud pit, creating their own games Sports activities - if they choose: football, rounders. It will be a lovely outdoor camp, making new friends, having fun and connecting with nature. Children need to wear appropriate clothes for the weather. This is for Woodlands Primary children only and in current Reception - Y6. It is in the Woodlands Primary school Forest school area! Sp meet each morning at 10am by the Forest school gate to the field. We ask for a £3 donation per day to secure the booking - this stops people booking an not turning up and unnecessary admin for Miss Charles!! Tuesday 25th will be a trip to Rollestone Woods. Thursday 27th will be a trip to the Butterfly House. I will be doing a post for this once the trip is confirmed with the butterfly house and once main camp is booked.
