Payment must be made at booking - via Online Google/ Apple Pay or free via bank transfer. If you don't pay at booking your child's place is not secure and will be released (without notification to you) to children on the waiting list to avoid unnecessary admin/chasing by the Fit Kid Kids team.

Parents must send their children with the necessary clothing - wellies/ outdoor boots/ old trainers, waterproofs, extra layers in winter, sun lotion in summer

Refunds will not be made unless exceptional circumstances - and then only once the place has been filled (less a £15 admin fee) as costs are set as we need to pay instructors, assistants, hire, fire wood, snacks and other craft consumables as well as wear and tear on shelters etc.

Even though this is an after school club - we still have behaviour expectations for the enjoyment for all the children and to keep everyone safe. If we feel your child's behaviour is not safe enough to be in sessions due to sessions having fire and tool use - we will discuss this with you.

Even though we risk assess all activities - and do in the moment risk assessments continually -this is not the average club and do have fires and use tools, and climb trees etc so as in every walk of life - accidents can happen - so on booking your child you do accept this risk.
